Job Dimensions:
Provide commercial follow-up for the customer portfolio. Understand and satisfy the needs of customers, and inform the company's internal departments of their requirements (labs, logistics, accounting, etc.). Facilitate good customer relationship and regular order management. Other jobs may allocated by managers or companies upon evaluation.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Privileged contact for the customer and distributor concerning daily contact. Act as an initiative and good interface between external relations (customers, distributors) and internally (labs, accounting, logistics).
2.Ensures compliance with sales conditions and manages quotations (payment terms and conditions, letters of credit).
3.Ensure customer order requirements be defined and fulfillment in time and efficiently including but not limited to :
- Quotes preparation;
- Order management from customer order reception through to execution and achievement in time. Prepare all shipping documents to customers including CO.
- Sample order creation and delivery coordination among commercial, technical lab and logistics.
4.Provide administration supporting to commercial managers and report to supply chain manager including but not limited as required helping Market Managers for check margin, provide information, trip organization, customer reception and survey, seminar organization etc..
5.Records and follow up customers claim. Ensures application of Corporate Quality System.
6.Seeks to combine sales requirements and production constraints (pricing, deadlines, production flows, delivery conditions, etc.).
7.Ensure safety activities in line with laws, regulations and company policy within own responsibilities.
8.Any other jobs allocated by managers or companies upon needs.
Requirements:
?BS, MS in international trade with more than 3 years work experience in cooresponding positions including Export procedures (documentary credit, etc.)/ Order Processing.
?Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing. Another language (Korean or Japanese) would be welcome.
?“International Intelligence” ability to understand and relate to customer from abroad
?Knowledge of export procedures.
?Knowledge of logistics professional is advantaged.
?Good at Microsoft office, lotus note, SAP.
