职位描述：
1. Follow up daily process related textile issues as directed.
2. Lead Continuous Improvement Projects in the weaving area and related processes as directed.
3. Lead woven tape construction design changes and modifications.
4. Direct BOM/routing creation and maintenance in oracle system
6. Manage document control system in the weave room for work instructions, procedures, style sheets.
7. Support customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Requiements:
1. Bachelor in textile engineering,
2. Knowledge of textile relative process
3. Minimum of 2 years relative experience,
4. Be familiar with CAD will a plus
5. Be familiar with process tooling, such as, Cpk, FMEA will be a plus
