JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Develop and implement preventive maintenance plan for manufacturing equipment.

制定并实施预防性生产设备维修计划.

2.Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical aspect.

参与生产设备日常的电气或机械故障诊断.

3.Analyze day to day manufacturing equipment performance and conduct improvement activity with down time or maintenance cost reduction.

根据生产设备日常运行的情况，实施改善行动以降低宕机时间或降低维修成本.

4.Maintenance record and manufacturing equipment document keeping which subjects to the quality system.

维修记录及生产设备文件的保管以适应质量系统的要求.

5.Involve in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipments and re-build of current manufacturing equipments.

参与新设备的安装与调试及现有设备的重建。

6.Manage the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for repairs, alterations and new construction work.

维修备件的管理。

7.Involve in EHS and productivity improvement activity，

参与EHS 及生产效率改善活动。

REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor degree in automation, or electrical engineering equivalent.

自动控制或电气自动化类相关专业.

2.Minimum 3 years experience in PLC programming or troubleshooting on automation control systems, experience with GE PLC or Siemens PLC is preferred.

至少三年自动控制系统的PLC 编程或故障诊断经验,最好是熟悉GE 或Siemens PLC.

3.Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering.

具备基本机械基础知识.

4.Good command of English, PC skills and strong EHS awareness.

良好的英语知识，PC 技能及EHS 意识.

5.Demonstrated ability for on-time performance in a high-pressure work environment.

7.Bachelor degree in automation, electro-mechanics integration or equivalent major.

自动控制或机电一体化及相关专业毕业.

8.Minimum 3 years experience in PLC programming or troubleshooting automation control systems, experience with GE PLC’s including the 90-30 or RX7i systems is a plus.
