职位描述
Working responsibilities:
1.Technical training to production personal
2.Constant verification equipment/process status
3.Maintain always high equipment value
4.Follow and make sure all personal follow the correct working procedures/good performance of procedures
5.Result analysis and iterpret behavior and needs, measure impact in the decision made
6.Generate action plan to correct/improve results,measure impact in the actions made
7.Set up:control tooling before the job changing/perform job change 100% autonomous/collect production data for Web Machinery 2
8.Organize job changing teams, responsible for the performance of the team
9.Achieve production plan on time and quality
10.Follow and perform a correct preventive maintenance to the equipment
11.Understanding KPIs and make meeting with the production team to discuss the results and actions
12.manage and organize properly personal activities(holidays,permits,shift changes)
Qualification:
1.Technical/Bachelor degree,Mechanical/Industrial Engineering perferably
2.Hgih English skills,speak/write/read
3.Strong analysis/problem solving capacity,fast and effective decision making
4.Results highly oriented to production quantity/quality
5.Personal Management,process management
6.High flexibility
