职位描述：

1.Take charge of industrialization project for light mobility battery (e-bike, e-scooter, low moving vehicle…).

负责光移动充电电池项目（包括：电动自行车、电动滑板车、低速汽车等）

2.Developing the annual Lean Transformation Plan, Strategy Deployment objectives, and management system assessment to drive waste reduction.

制定年度精益改造计划，战略部署目标和评估管理系统，以减少浪费

3.Participates and/or leads in daily continuous improvement and Kaizen events. Follows up on activity to ensure sustainment.

参与并指导在日常的持续改进和改善活动，通过跟进活动来提供支持

4.Assists Manufacturing Engineering/Maintenance Departments in implementing and managing projects resulting from Lean Workshops.

协助工程部/维修部，促进和管理车间的精益生产项目

5.Trains associates on Lean concepts and how to use in day-to-day continuous improvement activities.

给员工进行精益概念的培训，以及如何在日常持续改进活动中使用

6.Works to identify waste and solve problems in manufacturing and service activities

确定、解决生产和维护工作中产生的浪费

7.Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / 职位要求:

1.Degree in engineering

本科学历，机电工程专业

2.At least 5 years working experiences.

至少五年相关工作经验

3.Strong ability on project management, decision-making and problem solving

具备优秀的项目管理能力、决策能力以及问题解决能力

4.Experience implementing Lean concepts in various segments, such as manufacturing and business processes

具备在不同领域实施精益概念的经验，如制造业和业务流程

5.Good understanding of teaching methods, including sustainment techniques

对教学方法以及技术支持有良好的理解

6.Ability to promote “Lean Thinking” and influence others across all facets of the organization
