Scope
Coordinate digital customer communication initiatives for The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, Sands Macao, The Plaza Macao, and Sands Cotai Central (Sands China Limited) entities. Execute digital marketing campaigns at the regional level, enabling more personalized communication and higher conversion rates from our database. Core role includes assist planning and execution of digital customer communication campaigns to retain customers. This includes the management of electronic direct mail (EDMs), database marketing, mobile marketing platforms including SMS. Key responsibility is to drive marketing solutions that will improve the performance of external digital communication channels and, together with internal stakeholders, to support each property’s overall increase in average spend and visitation. All duties must be performed in accordance with Venetian Macau Limited policies and within the realm of the Venetian Macau Limited Company vision, mission and values

Required
- Knowledge of complex marketing objectives, tactics and strategies as they relate to online and digital marketing.
- Prior experience in development of digital customer communications, including EDMs, online marketing and mobile.
- Prior experience with and knowledge of online distribution channels.
- Strong interest in the hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of working with dynamic websites and utilizing a content management system. 举报 分享
