职位描述：
Responsibilities：
- Using TIBCO products including TIBCO EMS, BusinessWorks(BW), BusinessEvents(BE) and Spotfire to perform design, development, unit-test and documentation for IT applications.
- Follow the SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle), policies and procedures
- Provide application support, ensure all production issues are processed or escalated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other IT teams and vendors to deploy IT solutions.

Requirements ：
- Good understanding of the SDLC process.
- Deep understanding of SOA and ESB products(i.e. JMS, TIBCO Rendezvous or WebSphere MQ).
- Have experience of enterprise integration among large applications.
- Experience in TIBCO SOA products like EMS, BusinessWorks(BW), BusinessEvnets(BE). Or experience on other SOA suite.
- Extensive knowledge of XML (SOAP Web Service, XSLT, XSD, etc.) and REST.
- Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language like C# or Java.
- Experience in MS SQL SERVER or any other database product.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
