主要工作要求：
1、 产品结构设计，结构图纸评估，样板结构性评估；
2、 熟料运用CAD设计工具（如solidwork, pro-e）；
3、 熟悉产品流程，具备项目管理经验；
4、 处理客户投诉，可运用8D或者FMEA,SPC等质量管理工具；
5、 沟通能力好，具备逻辑性，进行客户投诉分析；
6、 教育背景：工科毕业（如机械工程专业）；
7、 英文：能够读写。
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Work close with OEM, to ensure the ID design is safe, functional and all aspects can meet Strix expectations
? Using CAD, review the appliance construction, and advise OEM/Brand about changes required
? Review the offtool sample, point out the non compatible area and comment for improvement then report to OEM/Brand
? Provide the technical support to OEM/Brand if necessary
? Audit production lines at OEM’s and where necessary give constructive appraisals and recommendations for improvement.
? Manage their own time to ensure timely evaluation and test reports are issued
? Follow the customer complaint, lead the investigation and form a report to customer
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
？ B.Eng / B.Sc (Hons) or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
？ At least five years on appliance design or Manufacturing/Quality engineering experience at a manufacturing factory
KNOWLEDGE:
? ISO9000 trained. FMEA / SPC / 8D
? CAD design tools(solidwork/pro-e)
? UL/IEC/CCC Household and similar electrical appliances safety requirement
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Able to use CAD design tools to design and review construction of the appliances
? Knowing well with the appliance production process(including tooling, stamping, injection and assembly)
? Be good at root analysis for customer complaint
? Good communication skill and effective team work
? Good English skill on written and reading.
