职责描述 Job description.
1 Responsible for developing and follow on new project/,collecting new project documents such as drawing, norms and test specification etc.Translate customer's drawings to internal drawings via various softwares,arrange samples for customer.
负责新项目开发与跟进，收集项目资料：图纸，标准，测试规范等。使用各种绘图软件转化客户图纸为内部图纸，安排打样计划.
2 non-BOM material purchasing, such as package stuff, production line's auxiliary stuff, like jigs and electrodes.
负责非BOM 物料采购，如包装 ，电极，夹具/治具，以及生产辅助用料。
3 Responsible for assisting project manager
协助项目经理开展工作
4 Other task from Superior

任职要求 eligibility
1 College education above ,mechanical is preferred
大专以上学历，机械专业优先
2 English capability to read and write and speak
具有英文读写说能力
3 Capability to read drawing,be skillful of PROE/UG/SOLIWORKS/Auotocad softwares
能读懂图纸,熟练使用AUTOCAD，PROE或者UG，SOLIDWORKS绘图软件
4 Experience on fixture/jigs design, manufacturing is preferred
具有非标夹具治具的设计制造经验优先
5 Automotive industry work experiences is preferred
有汽车行业工作经验优先
With good communication skill. With good team cooperation spirit

Tasks:
- Organize the production team and training production team to be efficient and cooperant.
- Organize the production daily meeting and monthly meeting.
- Transmit the company vriterion and policy.
- Production manpower information update and OT arrangement and application.
- Arrange the production line acc. to the order situation and urgent sample order etc.
- Adjust the production plan regarding to the order and material status to aviod the lossing of line dow by this problems.
- Establish the production report system to reflect the production status.
- Arrange the skill training for the operators.
- Carry out the daily inventory, monthly inventory, seasonly inventory and yearly inventory. And take action to reduce the WIP.
- Cooperate with other departments to introduce the new product, new equipment and new process.
- Carry out and improve the tracibility for product.
- 5S checking and prevention action for safy production
- In time deal with the paroxysmal accident.

Qualifications/ Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Above 4 Yeas work experiences in production management.
With good communication skill. With good team cooperation spirit
Automotive project work experience at least 2 years.
Good written and oral English skills.
