Quality Manager Job Profile and Description:
The QA manager will perform a wide variety of the activities to ensure the supplier quality system, manufacturing process control, internal operation excellence and regulatory compliance on a day-to-day basis. This position is responsibility for implementing and support of business activities, providing a service to all areas of the organization and promoting customer satisfaction

Duties and Responsibilities
1. In charge of QA department including QCs, testing laboratory and cost to meet company assigned requirements on KPIs and support business rapid grows.
2. Establish, develop and maintain quality management system. This includes providing advanced quality planning support in the development and launch of new projects.
3. Set and define the high standards to the team to build operation excellence.
4. Lead implementation of ISO9001, 14001, 18001system and organize internal/external audits.
5. Quality policy implementation, supervise KPI set up process and its implementation. Raise corrective/preventative action request if necessary.
6. Create product inspection plan (IPQC, OQC, product audit, process audit).
7. Set up lab based on analysis of product test requirement, create test regulation.
8. Provide quality training to all employees.
9. Customer complaint handling.
10. Collaborate with other department and European head office to meet the needs for continuous improvement and business demand.


Skills and Specifications
1. Bachelor degree above with engineering background degree in QA/QC or other related field.
2. 8+ year proven record of managerial and hands-on experience in quality dept.
3. Excellent understanding & working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and 8-Discipline.
4. Six-sigma green or black belt preferred.
5. Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and demonstrate an ability to be a self-starter and get the job done.
6. Work experience with foreign company (corporate language English).
7. Distinct problem solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong character and work ethic with a dedication to going the extra miles.
9. Proficiency in English and good computer skills.
