Essential responsibilities
RFQ Stage
1.Joining product feasibility study ; Evaluating process risk and help customers optimize product design
PC Stage
1.Overall responsible for engineering development including the design of gripper , painting jig , ass’y lines
2.Engineering trouble shooting after each build and give total solution to customers
3.Regular risk evaluation and minimize it under acceptable level
4.Record ECN and offer modification cost to account
5.Develop and verify each process to achieve the quoted target such as C/T , yield rate , PPH
6.Reviewing FAI & CPK reports and assist customers to redefine the spec in drawings
7.Work with team to have project ramp up on time
PD Phase
1.Full responsible for tool approval
2.Continuously to optimize & improve each process to achieve better P&L
Job requirements:
1.Education and experience
Bachelor degree in engineering field .Minimum 6 years experience in Plastic /Metal/ Decoration field .Product design & project management experience preferred.
2.Competence requirements
** Good communication skills
** Strong trouble shooting & analytical skills
** Self motivation and pressure resistance
** Strong team player and leadership
** Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel etc.. and Cad application such as ACAD, Pro-E, Solidwork, etc
