Job Responsibility:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for rapidly growing the company’s sales - 90% of this role is expected to be sales driven.
· Develop a strong new pipeline of $1+ million opportunities across existing and new customers within the first 12 months.
· Strategically cross and up sell the company’s capabilities, technologies and products within existing customer base.
· Strategically target new opportunities in high growth clinical areas in conjunction with Product Managers across new and existing customers.
· Support and maintain strong relationships within existing customers and leverage these relationships to drive new sales growth.
· Develop new customer relationships and maximise the growth by building up the relationship progressively.
· Support development of future partnerships, marketing, business development, trade events as required.
· In conjunction with the regional sales team execute the high growth plans for South China and the wider region as appropriate.
Education/Experience and Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Engineering or another Technical Discipline.
· 3-5 years of medical device sales is preferred with experience selling to OEM’s.
· Experience selling minimally invasive medical technologies / products including coronary, endovascular catheter related technologies / products is distinct advantage.
· Established network of customer contacts within domestic and multi-national medical OEM’s is a distinct advantage.
· Experience and comfortable with long term sales cycle (9 - 12 months from product design to end use)
· Strategic thinking with good communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport with customers.
