职责：

1, Set up, maintain and keep on improving ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system both for LOBP and GMP

• Schedule and coordinate yearly ISO 9001: 2008 QMS activity including two round of internal audit, one round of external surveillance audit, yearly management review, ISO 9001: 2008 QMS certificate review every 3 years
• Follow up Non compliance and improvement suggestion action closing status from internal audit, external audit and management review meeting
• Set up ISO 9001: 2008 QMS for GMP and the current ISO9001:2008 QMS scope will be expanded for both GMP and LOBP

2, Assist QA manager to handle external customer complaint and internal quality incident

• Register external customer complaint and internal quality incident
• Coordinate with related departments and conduct root cause analysis, raise corrective and preventative actions and response timely both for external customer complaint and internal quality incident
• Follow up corrective and preventative actions closing status and verify effectiveness
• 3, Implement packaging material quality assurance

• Monthly report PDR to RMTM
• Assist QA manager to verify CAR source and verify packaging material supplier corrective and preventative actions effectiveness
• Coordinate with planning, production and logistics for new packaging material qualification test per RMTM guidance
• Periodically visit critical packaging supplier and push supplier to keep on improving quality assurance system effectiveness

4, Work with FLTS and local TQSB to register QB for ZH LOBP and GMP

• Maintain plant QB list and re-register QB every three years for existing product
• Work with FLTS and local TQSB to timely register QB once there is new product introduction

5, Collect and follow up actions from Quality NM/PI report

• Register quality PI/NM into plant shared folder
• Follow up actions closing status from each report
• Propose monthly recognition nomination to MT such as best report and etc

6, Assist QA manager for plant audit from key Auto customers

• Understand customer requirements and prepare for plant audit
• Follow up plant audit actions closing status and timely report progress

要求：

• University Degree or equivalent in Chemistry
• In-depth understanding on quality management system such as ISO 9002/TS16949 and at least have solid set up and implementation experience for ISO 9002 or TS 16949, TS16949 knowledge and experience will be preferred
• 5S and Six Sigma certification will be a plus
• 5 years working experience in quality department , at least 3 years supervisory experience
• Good command of English & Computer skills
• Strong communication skill
