Job Description:
1, Prepares & achieves budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
2, Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
3, Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
4, Complies with state/provincial, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions.
5, Ensures operation of equipment and products by establishing proper accounting for obsolescence and associated reserves;
6, Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
7, Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
8, Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
1, Minimum of a bachelor degree of Accounting or financial management or similar, and at least 5-7 years of private sector & industry (Automotive, Manufacturing)
2, Fluent in English (Verbal & written)
3, Ability to work with operations in different time zones
4, Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Epicor is a plus)
5, Managing Processes, Audit, Accounting
6, Financial Software, Corporate Finance
7, Expenses, Financial Skills, Analyzing Information
8, Developing Budgets, Performance Management
