岗位职责：

1.全面负责工厂及亚太区税务及资金管理；

2.全面负责公司涉税业务的核算和管理，整理各分公司税务报表；

3.制定税务制度、计划和策略，编制公司税收制度以及筹划方案，完善税收体系，编制税收申报标准和流程，确保公司整体合理税负；

4.负责涉税问题的对内对外沟通，帮助企业构建良好的业务关系；

5.接受公司内外部的各种税务培训；

6.负责涉税业务的内部控制工作；

7.年度审计和汇算清缴；

8.根据各公司资金运作的情况，安排集团资金使用方案，编制资金预算；

9.管理各种付款方式及银行账户的管理；

10.每月跟踪管理集团收付情况，包括应收应付，预收预付等往来款项的结算情况，编写每月资金占用情况分析；

11 按时完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

岗位要求:

1.税务、财务、会计专业大学本科及以上学历，持有会计证，中级职称证书者优先；

2.具有零售的税务及资金管理经验优先考虑；

3.具备出色的沟通能力，学历能力，文字表达能力和执行能力；

4.具备扎实的会计基础，熟练使用财务软件、有税务管理、法律方面的经验更佳；

5.为人正直，具备优秀的职业操守，有优秀的团队各做能力。

Job Description：

- Be responsible to supervise all Tax and Treasury affair of retail finance in Asia

- Based on taxation requirement, review the calculation and preparation on tax report of VAT, CIT, and relevant accounting treatment;

- Assure timely and accurate official tax reporting

- Handling all tax audits and follow up on actions plans

- Maintain good relationship with tax bureau

- Plan and control Treasury operation. Analyze and report Treasury status

- Design, plan and implement special project.

Requirements：

- University degree, Qualified Accountant (CICPA, ACCA, Certified Tax Agents, etc);

- Minimum 5 years of working experience (including 3 tax related experience at least) in multi-national companies or Big-4 professional accounting firm;

- Solid technical knowledge and experience in tax planning /compliance affairs;.

- Familiar with accounting policies and China tax laws.

- Self-motivated and a good problem solver.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Good command of written and spoken English
