职位描述：
Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain EHS Management programs, and coordinate all the functions to keep the system continually improving; 
2. Ensure that the site’s overall environmental Health & Safety performance is in compliance with legal, corporate requirements at the site(s).
3. Hold regular meetings to review EHS performance, communicates on the existing problems, and work out action plan for the next stage, ensure effectiveness and focus on continuous improvement; 
4. Organize and conduct safety observation tour to deliver I care message and discover potential EHS risk, report to management and follow up the findings till effective closure.
5. Be responsible for the implementation of site Emergency response plan.
6. Work with government or relevant agencies to conduct monitoring and measurement as per legal or corporate requirements.
7. Be responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective closure.
8. In charge of contractor safety management, to ensure contractor follow company EHS requirement.
9. Work closely with other departments to ensure relevant training to be effectively carried out. Provide face to face training when required.
10. Participate in the process of new project launching, equipment installation including making contracts with suppliers, so as to make sure those projects to meet EHS requirements.
11. To be an AP regional technical resource on either IH, Safety or Environment.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with Environment/safety/chemical background (Required)
2. At least 5 years EHS working experience in big size multi-national companies (Required)
3. Familiar with local environmental, health and safety regulatory (Preferred)
4. Technical Expertise on either IH, Industrial Safety or Environment.
5. Good communication skills (Preferred)
6. Good oral and written skills in Mandarin and English. (Required)
7. Has good computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.) (Required) 举报 分享
