职位描述：
Essential for the performance of the function and with most responsibility (the core of the function)
- Participate annual operating and capital expenditure budget and forecast
- Track capital expenditure actuals against budget and forecast
- Handle new capital expenditure requests, identify and verify all costs
- Conduct financial expenditure analysis including lease vs. buy, ROI, IRR, and NPV
- Interact with different teams such as fixed assets, procurement and financial reporting
- Prepare capital expenditure and non-gaming analysis, forecast and reports
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is preferred
- Assist FP&A manager in consolidation and review
- Any of the above responsibilities may be assigned on a rotating basis by FP&A manager 举报 分享
