职位描述：
Job Description:

1.New supplier quality assurance abilities evaluation and first article test of new materials.
2.Supplier quality performance evaluation and drive improvement action to attain the quality target.
3.Materials inspection and keep clear inspection record.
4.Non-conforming materials handling and drive improvement timely.
5.Supplier develop to cut down quality cost.
6.Develop and maintain the supplier management procedure.
7.Work with relative stakeholders to qualify suppliers in according with company supplier selection policy or strategy.
8.Rate supplier's performance and improve its improvement based on scorecard (delivery, quality, price) and CAPA plan, supplier deletion and addition submission.
9.Supervise incoming inspection activities, inspection criteria, and first article inspection.

Professional requirements:

1.University degree in Science and engineering.
2.At least 1-2 years relating work experience.
3.Clear understanding CPK, SPC, Poka-yoke,lean manufacturing etc.
4.Ensures that all production supplier issues are resolved in a timely manner.
5.Conduct routine supplier audit and performance evaluation.
6.Be good at 8D tool for problem solution and PPAP tool for material qualification. 举报 分享
