Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion and to ensure company and customer expectations are met with regards to product quality, cost and project lead-time. This position will also be required to follow up with vendors and customers on project status and confirm shipping schedules 项目经理负责从项目的开始跟踪到项目结束，确保满足客户的需求，包括产品质量，成本及交付期。及时跟进供应商及客户的要求，确保交货期。

• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to production管理从产品的计划到交付整个过程
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project 管理项目的日常运作
• Reviews deliverables prepared by factory or team before passing to other (clients).回顾及整理项目可交付的信息
• Effectively applies Weiguo Solutions’ methodology and enforces project standards有效地应用威国公司的工作方法及执行项目的标准
• Prepares for meetings and reviews with the factory and prepares quality assurance procedures.筹备及回顾工厂的会议纪要，整理质量保证的规程
• Minimizes Weiguo Solutions’ exposure and risk on projects.控制项目的风险
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.促进项目组与客户有效交流
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.及时汇报上级主管，有关项目的进度

• Arrange & lead meetings to discuss and negotiate appropriate production processes, costs and commercial issues (Management, Customer, Other departments, Suppliers, etc.) to evaluate the feasibility of production组织相关方开会讨论，包括产品的加工，成本，商业会议等，评估产品实现的可行性
• Documentation within design & development process保存设计及开发的文件

Experience:工作经验及要求

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.优秀的英文书写及口头表达能力
• Bachelor's degree本科学历
• 2-5 years’ professional experience in plastic, metal and soft goods productions,2-5年的工作经验，涉及塑料，金属及纺织品类
• Excellent teamwork skills团队合作精神
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience品保的经验和知识
• Proven ability to work with little supervision and report back to senior management工作积极主动，及时汇报主管

Some of the processes include acceptance sampling via Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC). When it comes to assuring and controlling the quality of the products, Weiguo adopts a strict approach and at the same time cater for the needs of our customers. Some of the inspection criteria include cosmetics, functional, packaging, packing inspection and other specified requirements necessary for the finalisation of the products.
