职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
Product Engineering Manager leads a team and is responsible for existing product development projects.
1. Act as department manager for Product Engineering team structure development and improvements, and manage people to deliver solid performance with considering each individual personal development plan.
2. Responsible for staffing and leading technical team, ensuing assigned project goals and objectives are achieved with defined timeline.
3. Investigate, propose and manage existing product development efforts or product updates.
4. Interface with other departments and management to communicate status of projects.
5. Review makeability reports and recommend modification or improvement in a purpose to meet specifications.
6. Coordinate with New Project Introduction team to create, modify or release product requirement documents to fulfill a proper design control process.
7. Support production team to optimize existing product to get a more reliable, low reject rate and competitive cost manufacturing process.

Requirements & Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing or relevant technical discipline
2. 5+ years knowledgeable in business systems in medical device industry.
3. Strong project management and organizational skill.
4. Ability to utilize problem solving tools and development methods (DOE, DMAIC, tolerance design, etc.)
5. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results.
6. Good communication still with the ability to work in a team-based environment.
7. Workable written and verbal communication skill in English. 举报 分享
