职位描述：
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible of process engineering assignments, processes, products and process continuous improvement.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILIES：
Jig / Fixture and Tester design
Develop and provide new methodology and solution to drive process improvement
Applying automation techniques to improve process capacity
Driving fire- fighting problem solving in time
Driving cost reduction and process continuous improvement
Providing strong support to production quality and delivery requirements
Temporary task assignment from top management

EDUCATION:
BS degree in Mechanical &Electrical Engineering or other technical discipline. Master desired.


WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 8 years PCBA process engineering experience, including automation experience, 4years management experience. Experience in tool design and modifications, power supply, LED driver experience is a prefer.

OTHER TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION/SPECIFIC COMPETENCY
Demonstrated expertise in PCBA engineering concepts and practices.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Good communication skill and good team player
Demonstrating problem solving skills.
Excellent English oral and writing skills;
