1. College degree or above.
大专
Having good knowledge in major quality tools, PPAP/APQP/FMEA/SPC/CP/ CPK/8D/CAR and supplier management relative knowledge.
熟悉品质管理常用的一些工具，如PPAP/APQP/FMEA/SPC/CP/ CPK/8D/CAR等，有供应商管理经验更佳。
2. Min.3 years experience in electronics manufacturing or connectors assembly supply industry.
有在电子厂或者连接器生产行业3年以上的品质管理经验。
3. Strong problem solving skill and able to write good English Report, like 8D or CAR.
有很强的解决品质问题的技巧，能够书写英文报告，如8D或者CAR。
4. Can lead customer complaints analysising and take effective measures, and make process defectives prevention and improvement.
能够主导客诉不良的解析病采取有效对策，对制程不良能够制定预防措施及改善行动。
5. Can creat material or products SIP/IR and other forms for QCs.
能够制作来料或者出货品的检验标准书及检验报告书，以及其他检验使用的文件表格等。
6. Be familiar with ISO9001 systerm，or have internal audit certificate will be better.
熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，有内审员资格证者更佳。
7. Equipped with basic Ongoing Reliability knowledge for electronics soldering and testing.Such as IPC standerd.
懂电子元件焊接及测试方面的检验标准，如IPC标准。
8. Be familiar with electric control cabinet assembly、test and inspection。
对电控柜的组装、测试及检测比较熟悉。
9. Strong team work spirit and able to work well with colleagues from other departments.
良好的团队精神，能够与其他部门同事友好相处。


Job description
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the internal quality control, outgoing goods quality service, and incoming materials quality management. The main responsibilities include:
品质工程师主要负责制程品质、出货品质及来料品质的管理。主要工作内容如下：
1. Take lead on new projects working closely with NPI team ensuring a smooth MP with no major quality issue reported. It includes the development of detailed Process Management Plan as well as driving for proper line / process / machine qualification.
主导新产品开发阶段的品质管控，以确保产品顺利量产，切无重大品质异常发生。包括为产线/制程/设备制定详细的过程质量管理计划。
2. Attend to customer complaint / request by providing effective solution that includes a comprehensive 8D report timely that include both NPI and MP stage .
参与新产品开发及量产阶段客诉问题的解决，如及时回复8D报告。
3. Work closely with PE for Work Instruction validation and provide suggestion when necessary.
与生产工程师协作进行作业指导书的发行确认工作并提供必要的建议。
4. Prepare quality performance report and having regular quality review meeting with the core team .
制作品质报告，定期召开品质评审会议。
5. Create and update material or products SIP/IR and other forms for QCs.
为检查员制定原材料或者成品的检验标准书及检验报告书。
6. Deal with the incoming material quality issue, help the supplier correct and improve their products quality.Track the improving effects.
处理进料异常，协作供应商进行品质改善，并跟进验证改善效果。
7. New suppier developing and certification, make supplier audit plan and implemente it.
参与新供应商的开发与认证，制定实施供应商审核计划。
8. Provide the necessary support to Operation team in implementing companywide quality program .
贯彻公司质量方针计划，为运营团队提供必要的支持。
9. Support Quality manager in preparing top level quality report that include NPI report.
为品质管理者准备高质量的品质报告，包括新项目的品质报告。
10. Support IQC/OQA team in implementing the necessary quality audits by providing relevant training，to ensure clear customer requirements are cascaded effectively.
