职位描述：
工作职责：
? 负责拟定销售预测及营销计划
? 负责督促拟订销售与推广营销方案
? 全面负责协调营销与公司其它部门之间的工作关系
? 负责制订公司的营销管理制度及工作规范
? 负责对公司营销人员进行业务指导和专业培训
? 负责公司客户信息管理，妥善处理营销层面的客户投诉问题
? 负责管理公司及客户的网络营销活动及日常行政事务(如报告和评估等)
? 协调、管理和开发数码营销项目，以实现公司的收入目标
? 熟悉数码营销（尤其微信平台）的合作与推广并且为公司服务的品牌找到合适的合作与品牌推广机会
 
工作条件：
? 本科以上学历，市场营销、销售管理、数码营销等专业毕业
? 具有三年以上从事营销管理工作的经验（具有数码营销及媒体相关经验优先）
? 熟悉时下数码营销动态（具有平台开发经验更佳）
? 具有一定抗压能力，有较强的市场开拓和销售能力
 
Responsibilities:
? Develop marketing plans and sales forecasts.
? Be responsible for the supervision and preparation of sales & marketing programs.
? Be responsible for the coordination among all departments.
? Develop company's marketing management systems and work practices.
? Be responsible for training and guidance towards marketing staff.
? Manage client information system; and properly handle complaints if any
? Be responsible for managing company and customer's online marketing activities and daily administration (such as evaluation report and summary etc.)
? Coordinate, manage and develop digital marketing projects to achieve company's goals and sales target
? Be familiar with digital marketing trends (especially the we-chat platform) and related cooperation opportunities which can help company branding
 
Requirement:
? Marketing, sales management, digital communication or related bachelor degree
? Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing management (with digital marketing, media-related experience is preferred)
? Able to work under pressure, and strong marketing and development capabilities
