1.大专以上学历，机械或相关专业。
2.良好的模具设计知识。
3.熟悉塑料和五金材料。
4.熟悉变压器产品。
5.良好的产品设计技术。
6.熟练使用各种设计软件，如Auto,UG/Pro-E。
7.三年以上的产品设计经验，一年以上的项目管理经验。
8.良好的沟通和人际交往。
9.具备电脑操作能力（能使用MS word, MS Excel, Powerpoint和Outlook等）。
10.良好的英文读写和口语能力。

职位职责：
1.新项目产品设计。
2.新项目包装设计。
3.新项目夹具设计。
4.评估和批准新结构件的模具。
5.技术支持总部和相关部门。
6.具备电脑操作能力（能使用MS word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook等）。
7.确保产品设计能满足客户要求。
8.确保产品包装设计能满足运输安全性。
9.确保图纸正确且按时完成。
10.确保新模具能生产合格的零件。
