岗位职责:
1、及时跟踪及处理客户反馈,维护客户关系;
2、收集客户有关信息和需求,相关市场讯息的挖掘与整理收集;
3、负责联络沟通客户,建立客户资料及档案,完成相关销售报表;
4、负责整理客户资料、销售协议、合同等存档管理。
5、协助主管完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范,做好销售的后台支持。


相关工作经验及技能要求:
1、本科学历;

2、英语六级或以上,具有良好的英语书写和会话能力;
3、二年相关工作经验;
4、工作积极主动,耐心细致,责任心强,富于团队协作精神,具备综合、系统分 析驾驭能力,善于沟通;
5、具有较强的组织协调力、统筹力、执行力;
6、熟悉各种办公设备及常用的办公软件。



We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Sales team. The main purpose of this position is to work closely with the sales team, providing administrative support in all areas of its activity so that sales are developed and service to customers is maintained at the highest level.


Responsibilities will include:

Provide secretarial support - preparing documentation, reports etc and assisting with the collection, processing and dissemination of information on behalf of the Managing Director and members of the Sales team.


Responsible for the administrative support for sales projects and initiatives, ensuring data is collected and maintained efficiently.


To prepare sales reports as requested by senior management


Assist with the organisation of regular team meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions


Co-ordinating activities and projects within the team, helping to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met.


Enter customer orders into the order entry database, received in hard copy form or directly over the telephone.


Take incoming calls from customers and undertake to answer queries and resolve problems as far as knowledge and expertise allows.


Maintain records and filing for the sales team accurately and methodically.


Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have had previous experience working as a administrator, preferably in a busy sales environment. You will be able to prioritise and organise your workload, and have sound Microsoft office skills. You must be fluent in English, possess clear communication skills and be prepared to work as part of a team continue the growth of the business.
