职位描述：
General Overciew:
A Financial leader with strong plant financial background and internal control experience, rich in local compliance & tax regulation.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Overseeing the Finance Department and responsible for all financial and cost accounting duties
? Preparation of month end accounts for US reporting and local statutory account/ tax filings
? Preparing, reviewing and analyzing management reports
? Driving the financial result through closely monitoring on budget spending and Capital investment with flexibility in demand changes
? Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results. Timing reporting the excess and obsolete inventory to the SC and senior management to ensure inventory quality is good
? Analyze potential open order and price variation to standard with explainable reasons.
? Controlling the AP and AR which consistent to what being reported to SAFE
? Handling ad hoc projects and assignment as required
? Evaluate and approve plant capital appropriation requests prior to corporate management approval. Monitor and report purchase commitments and spending for all capital programs. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance for all significant capital investments.
? Preparation for the OPS presentation which summarize the plant performance in all means, have in depth analysis on safety, financials, productivity, capex, inventory, quality , headcount key issues.
? Driving improvements to working practices and procedures including Financial and business.
? Maintaining all financial controls (with proper SOX documentation) and systems within the business
? Coaching and developing the team

Requirements:
? Minimum 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experiences in an manufacturing environment, preferably in a multi-national company in China
? Must have China local financial reporting and tax management experiences. High degree of familiarity with the local regulatory and financial reporting requirement.
? Experiences in managing local China finance team and ability to communicate and delivery result in an matrix environment are critical
