职位描述：
? Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring Weiguo Solution Ltd’s Quality System and policies into compliance with quality system requirements制定，实施，沟通和保持好品质计划，确保威国的品质系统和制度能达到品质系统的要求
? Effectively interact with production, project and development team to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.有效的与生产，项目和开发团队互动，以保持产品的供应，并帮助引进新产品。
? Ensuring test and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if required.确保测试和流程易懂，可执行和可被评估并且在需要的时候产品的修改可被追踪。

要求：
1.Bachelor Mechanical/Engineering or above
   本科以上学历，理工类相关专业；
2.More than 3 years QA of manufacturing industry experience， Familiar with Quality Tools, like SPC, DOE, FMEA, etc
   3年以上制造业品质保证工作经验，熟悉各种品质工具
3. Good understanding of ISO9000 system, internal auditor certification preferred
   熟悉 ISO9000 系统，内审员资格更佳
4. Excellent Communication Skills, English fluent spoken and written

Some of the processes include acceptance sampling via Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC). When it comes to assuring and controlling the quality of the products, Weiguo adopts a strict approach and at the same time cater for the needs of our customers. Some of the inspection criteria include cosmetics, functional, packaging, packing inspection and other specified requirements necessary for the finalisation of the products.
