职位描述：
主要职责：
劳动合同管理
1、准备及签订新员工劳动合同。
2、合同到期续签劳动合同：制作、发放及回收劳动合同续签意向书--填写劳动合同--通知续签合同人员--当面续签合同。
3、新员工劳动合同网上申报，续签合同网上申报，离职员工合同网上终止。
4、试用期评估：制作、发放及回收试用期评估表。
员工离职面谈与分析
1、对所有离职员工进行面谈。
2、整理面谈数据，完成每月离职报表：分析离职率、离职原因。
奖惩管理
1、员工奖惩行为记录表的审核、汇总与分析
2、对员工进行《奖惩程序》的培训
3、接受员工关于“奖惩”的咨询
处理员工投诉与建议
1、接收、处理员工投诉及建议，并及时反馈。
2、员工投诉箱的管理。
组织开展员工座谈会
1、负责购买员工座谈会食品。
2、员工座谈会会场布置、录音、摄影。 3、收集、整理员工的意见与建议。
4、跟踪问题点的落实情况。
工伤申报及管理
1、工伤认定申请及工伤结案。
2、职业健康。
3、雇主责任险跟进。
三期女工管理
1、收集三期女工信息。
2、监督《三期女工管理程序》的执行。
协助处理劳动争议

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，人办资源管理、教育学、心理学等相关专业。
2、熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规。
3、3年以上人力资源相关工作经验
4、工作细心认真负责，有责任心。
5、工作态度积极，有团队合作精神。
6、良好的沟通与合作技巧。
7、良好的英语读写能力。
