职位描述：
主要职责：
1. 负责产线的样品和试生产，和CFT讨论相关改善措施并跟进。
2. 处理生产过程中的质量问题，如果无法单独完成则要和CFT讨论解决方案。
3. 每个月分析产线主要不良项，和CFT一起制定改善措施并跟进。
4. 跟进新设备的调试进度。
5. 负责开班和转换产品时的设备设置（新产品除外）。
6. 提出对过程及设备的改善意见。
7. 协助生产主管达到目标。

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历
2. 2~3年电子制造业工作经验或优秀应届毕业生亦可
3. 基本的电脑技能， 了解ISO9000，电子元件生产的基本知识，良好的中文水平，能读写英文，良好的团队协作能力 举报 分享
