职位描述：
主要职责：
QA工作程序
1、建立并维护所负责生产线的控制计划。
2、准备所负责产线的品质月报。
3、更新限度样本。

客户投诉处理
1、跟踪客户投诉信息和不良品，并把客诉信息和不良品传达给QRQC 小组。
2、收到客退产品后进行初步的品质分析。
3、组织召开客户投诉分析会议并提出一些建设性的建议。
4、准时准备和推动客诉报告的回复。
5、处理客诉退货并确认退货原因。

工程异常处理
1、参加每天的QRQC会议
2. 处理工程异常报告票

客户接触与报告
1、作为客户联络端口，与客户紧密合作处理相关品质问题。

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历。
2、3年以上电子行业QA相关工作经验。
3、良好的中英文语言表达能力，或者良好的中日文语言表达能力。
4、良好的沟通和人际关系技能。
5、熟练运用办公软件操作如Excel, Word & PowerPoint等。
