主要职责：
1. 开发新项目新的测试程序/方法.
1) 建立新的测试程序
2) 检查可生产程序
3) 检查测试夹具计划
2. 通过采用适当的工具提高基于MSA等分析现有的程序.
1) 优化现有的程序进行测试改进
2)更稳定的MSA测试夹具的改进
3.准备培训材料，提供测试和检验人员的技术培训
1) 定期回顾课学
2) 教生产如何处理MSA
4.制定并实施用于与支持，监视和测量设备的维护计划.
1) 引导和维修测试设备
2) 优化和开发自动化测试概念
5. 开发自动化测试
1) 整合测试项目的成本改善
2) 为防错功能开发的测试技术

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历具有工程背景，主修电子工程者优先
2. 至少6年的测试工作和超过3年的管理经验
3. 电子维修和自动化的良好的知识
4. 熟练操作测试仪和安装测试程序
5. 书面英语的熟练掌握
6. 微软办公软件的技能
