职位描述：
主要职责：
1. 实施生产计划，实现生产和质量兼顾，及时向相关部门反馈生产异常状态
2. 合理利用并调整设备和人员，检查生产计划，平衡及最大限度地提高生产能力和产量
3. 通过改善生产方式来不断提高生产力
4. 组织和安排生产，与其他部门讨论并解决生产相关的问题
5. 培训生产员工，培养下属和评价下属的绩效，建立高效，灵活和强大的团队
6. 管理信息系统（ERP），确保输入数据的有效性
7. 有效开展5S，上级交办的其他任务

任职要求：
1. 大专以上，机械或电子专业，受过企业管理培训更佳
2. 了解ISO9000及质量工具，最好了解QS9000 VDA6.3或 TS16949
3. 4~6年相关工作经验，至少2年以上生产管理经验
4. 懂得设备管理的基本知识，良好的沟通能力、领导力及团队精神，良好的电脑操作及办公软件技能，有英文读写能力更好 举报 分享
