主要职责:

1、Performance Management 绩效管理
Establish and facilitate employee performance management process and follow up employee performance improvement 建立并推动员工绩效管理流程,跟踪员工的绩效改进。

Follow up the monthly performance review and monitor the issue of monthly bonus.跟进员工月度考核并监控月度奖金发放。

2、Attendance Management
Establish the attendance and leave policy, to make sure the balance of working & lift for employees. And strictly follow the Labour Law and CSR regulations.
根据劳动法规及CSR的要求,建立合理的考勤及休息制度,以确保员工工作和生活的平衡。
Be responsible for training and explaining the attendance policy, and supervise the implementation of this policy.向员工宣导及解释公司的考勤政策,并推动执行。
Provide the monthly attendance record and overtime record, to support for the timely payroll.及时提供员工准确的月度考勤及加班数据,为按时发薪提供支持。

3、Employment contract ending and termination员工离职管理
Regulate the procedure of employment contract ending and termination, to avoid the employment disputes.规范员工离职流程,归避用工纠纷。
To find the real reason for the fluctuation, and propose the actions for employee retention. 分析员工流失原因,并提出有针对性的员工挽留措施,使员工流失率控制在合理的范围。

4、Reporting /报告
Reporting the headcount to each BU and related department负责对外及相关部门有关员工人数的汇报
Maintain the data about headcount budget and forecast. 维护正确的用工人数编制及预算。

5、HRM system 人力资源系统
HRM Key User HRM关键用户
Assure correction of the master data 确保数据正确
Provide necessary support for end users. 为HRM终端用户提供必要的支持。

6、Others 其他
Other appointed work by supervisor. 其他上级临时指派的工作任务
Comply with national laws and regulation and abide by the company regulations and rules. 遵守国家的法律法规及公司的各项规章制度。
