职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Creates, monitors, modifies, and publishes Service Catalog workflows with approvals.
2. Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas 3.Configuration/Customization of the Service-Now system including workflows
4.Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality, create script to automate routine tasks being done in Service Now Receives specifications from the customer and delivers a product/release that meets the needs presented.
5. Articulates technical concepts using easily understandable business language Researches and deploys new Service Catalog Items into the Service-Now production environment
6. Analyze, design, write program code, test, document, and implement functionally appropriately, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems in accordance with Customer requirements, and organizational methodologies and standards

Working Experience :
1. 3+ years of experience using JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.
2. 1 years Human Resources Information System / IT project management experience
3. 1 year Service-Now

Educational Level :
Bachelor Degree in Information System or relevant

Language/Computer Skill :
Excellent written and spoken skill in Chinese and English
ServiceNow System Administration Certification beneficial Scripting in ServiceNow
ITIL v3 Foundations Certified
Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Service Desk and Service Request Management Project management or development lifecycle skills beneficial
Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technological problems Business requirements analysis
