职位描述：

Key Result Areas:

1.Develop most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make high quality products or services.e.g. use IE or lean skill to improve productivity.

2.Design new production line/production model for NPI projects and able to design overall factory layout and co-work with equipment team for automation activities. e.g. use SLP method to layout production line and fit for operators produce.

3.Evaluate in-house / supplier capacity to support production planning and control systems.such as monthly calculate APD/PPD/WH/QA & outsourcing 's line / molding / machine capacity and headcount planning ,solve production capacity issues.

4.Maintenance productivity report, help operation departments to increase productivity.and Supporting to control and improve operation costs.e.g. when produciton line change parameter(including headcount, output) or confirm any other initiative improvement

5.Assist in financial planning and cost analysis.

6.Follow up Philips Lean activities.

Job Specification

1.Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or relevant major 3~ 5 years in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering.

2.At least 5 years related working experience.

3.Sufficient IE skills(basic IE skill,layout planning,capacity planning and apply in produce environment.

General expertise in basic software (CAD, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.) ,Lean manufacturing environment is preferred.

4.Good Communication and coordination skill;Good English in reading and writing,Considerate, team player, Self-motivated, Analytical & logical thinking, Be able to work under pressure.
