职位描述：
主要工作职责:
1. Go into equipment improvement, maintenance and repair, quickly deal with the equipment issues in order to reduce breakdown time.
        从事设备改善、维护和修理，快速解决设备问题，减少设备停机时间。
2. Perform PM, support and monitor AM implementation, optimization of PM on instructions when needed base on actuality，to make the PM and AM more availability
       制定并执行定期保养，支持并监督AM执行，必要时根据实际情况优化PM的内容、频次和方法, 使AM / PM更具实用性。
3. Maintain an effective SP system for excellent maintenance performance, to reduce maintenance cost
       维持有效的ＳＰ系统，为实现卓越维护提供保障，达到减低维修费用的目的。
4. Train technical workers on maintenance technique and knowledge to develop their skills。
       培训技工，提高其技术和技能。
5. Involve in equipment creation, includes NPI project, especially during machine installation and commissioning, make sure the new equipmet has more maintainability.
       参与设备的创建，包括NPI新项目的设备, 特别在设备安装调试阶段，以确保设备的可维护性。
6. Support and involve in production effeciency improvement
        支持并参与生产效率改善。
7. Support and involve EHS.
       支持并参与公司EHS相关工作。

岗位要求:
? Education学历:
        Technical secondary shool/College graduate in mechanical/electronics Engineering discipline
        中专及以上学历，主修机械电气电子工程
? Experience工作经验
        Thechnical secondary shool need about 5 years ,College /University graduate need 2years experience in equipment maintenance.
       中专学历必须5年/大专及以上学历2年在设备维修领域的工作经验
? Competency and Skills 能力和技能
        Good knowledge of mechanics, electrics & electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic
         有丰富的机械、电气电子、液压和气动等方面的知识
        computer skills on Office andCAD能操作office和CAD等办公计算机系统。
        Proficiently in using PLC and familiar with TPM.熟练使用PLC，熟悉TPM。
