职位描述：

Summary:

Mechanical design for ceiling fan. Solve the technical issue to production.

Overview and Responsibilities：

1.New product design 3D and 2D with ProE/Creo according to industrial design output, safety standard and company standardization.

2.Ensure the product design quality, cost optimization and on time delivery.

3.Collaborate with US team on design finalizing. Conduct manufacturing design review with factories and sub-suppliers.

4.Participate in first article inspection (FAI) and trial production (EB/MB). Work with factory and US team to analyze, propose and solve technical issues. Ensure new project goes into mass production stage smoothly.

5.Participate in design task review and internal design reviews. Provide constructive inputs.

6.Review and handle engineering change request for own design and other assigned.

7.Technology and products innovation.

8.Technical support to sourcing, quality, factories and other departments.

Special Qualifications or Skills:

1.Mechanical Engineering education background, Bachelor degree

2.Minimum 2 years of new product design and development experience.With working experience on home appliance is preferred.

3.High enthusiasm for his career. Working effectively and hardly to achieve goal.
4.Team work spirit. Consistently attempts to expand his job knowledge.
5.Be good at new product design and innovation. Proficient in ProE/Creo, AutoCAD and office software.
6.Be familiar with common material characteristic and tooling scheme.
7.Be familiar with project development process.
8.Good capability of reading and written English.
