职位描述：
Duties:
? Promotion of the company’s fragrance and flavor ingredients to the clients and relative markets and industry.
? Focus on increasing the company’s market share.
? Find and Identify potential customers in the region and industry through the Web Search Engines.
? Maintain accurate and complete product/ customer submissions / samples and pricing records.
? Present personal sales forecasts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
? Translate customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations by effective communication
? Promotion customers on Lorraine’s products as well as new trends and concepts with documents.
? Constantly build and renew rapport/ trust with customers to keep abreast on changes and needs
? Close on-going support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction,.


Essential

? University degree
? Be dynamic and highly motivated and creative thinker.
? 2-5 years of related sales experience in the flavor/fragrance or related industry.
? Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to coordinate activities of a sales team.
? Very well use the computer and some software, like PS, PDF, and PPT etc.

岗位职责：
1、负责公司天然香料及合成香料产品海外指定区域营销和新客户开发工作；
2. 熟练使用各种搜索引擎及网络信息寻找公司各种产品的潜在客户。
3. 制定个人季度或年度销售计划及销售策略，并按阶段落实销售情况。
4. 紧密联系和维护好新老客户，与各部门合作解决客户交往中的各种问题。
5、协助海外销售部和海外市场部后续客户销售及市场等各项服务工作。
7、与昆明总部同事各部门之间进行沟通和协调工作。
8、上级交代的其他工作任务。

工作要求：
1、香精香料，化学、英语或相关领域本科以上学历；
2. 能熟练使用电脑及各种办公软件，能基本使用PS、PDF、Coreldraw软件
3、主动性和自律性强，能吃苦耐劳，善于沟通，富有团队精神；
