招聘条件Job Requirement：
  1.本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above；
  2.有10年以上项目管理经验More than 10 years project management working experience；
  3.英语口语流利，能独立和国外客户沟通Fluent spoken and written English；
  4.有电子类产品工作背景优先考虑electronic products project management is preferred；
5.有较强的分析和解决问题能力Strong analysis and practical problem-solving abilities
 6.有责任心，优秀的团队协作性，善于沟通 Good communication and negotiation skill, team oriented ,professional presentation skills.
岗位职责Job Description:
  1.负责公司新项目的项目管理工作Be responsible for new project management；
  2.负责对新项目在工厂的导入量产，使项目的管理达到公司和客户的要求Be responsible for NPI；
  3.协调内、外部资源安排项目工作，确保项目按计划进行Negotiation with internal &outside partner on project issues；
  4.负责项目总体规划及实施Manage timeline of the whole project, make sure development and production meet the deadline；
5. 负责项目成本控制、项目总体质量及进度管理， 对项目生命周期全程管理All over responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction
