Requirements
? A Bachelor’s degree
? At least 3 years’ experience working in finance business process, such as General Ledger, Taxes, Fixed Assets or Product Costing.
? Knowledge of ERP concepts with specific emphasis on the concepts as demonstrated in SAP environment. Exposure to SAP configuration and scripts would be beneficial.
? Experienced in the utilization of project methodologies and managing expectations
? Must have strong analytical skills combined with business sense
? A good team player with excellent relationship building skills.
? Must have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
? Must be flexible, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
? International mindset. Willing to travel 10-50% of the time.
? Fluent English
Duties
? Proactively advise on improving / re-engineering business processes in close cooperation with the businesses involved in a project.
? Working with users to define business requirements and converting those requirements into technical specifications.
? Propose the most efficient and effective use of processes and systems.
? Encourage and implement the use of common business solutions, systems, processes and data within Lubrizol
? Represent the IS organization with process and technical skills by playing an active role in projects following the standard project methodology.
? Ensure the quality of software/hardware changes and additions
? Guide users in creating, testing and implementing procedures
? Understand and solve interfacing needs between the ERP and the legacy systems
? Work as a cross-functional team member across technologies, geographies and IS groups
? Work closely with the project team to design and implement business solutions to reach project objectives and goals.
? Implement coordinated, standard and uniform solutions within Lubrizol.
? Educate colleagues at Lubrizol on SAP and related concepts
? Actively mentor and assist in the career development of colleagues
? Update and maintain documentation regarding the application, its interfaces and data definitions
? Pursue educational opportunities in order to remain current in new and emerging IS technologies 举报 分享
