职位描述：
工作职责：
？ 监督、管理公司承包商（包括项目范围、项目质量、项目时间及成本等）
？ 为开发团队制定详细项目计划，组织及分配项目所需各项资源
？ 配合公司方针而定制部门的发展计划
？ 设定部门工作流程，确保与其他部门沟通
？ 保证项目预算成本范围内按规定质量和进度达到目标
？ 跟进项目进度并定期向领导汇报工作进度及开发过程中难题

工作条件：
？ 信息技术、企业管理或相关学士学位
？ 有3年或以上管理开发项目相关经验（规划、预算控制等）
？ 具备良好书面及口头沟通技巧
？ 能领导及提高团队效绩
？ 有电子商务平台相关工作经验优先考虑


Responsibilities:
？ Supervise and manage company contractors and suppliers (including project scope, project quality, time and cost etc.)
？ Develop detailed project development plans, organise and allocate resources
？ Be responsible for development plan which is in line with company policy and direction
？ Design department workflow and ensure proper and efficient communication among other departments
？ Ensure that the project costs within budget range prescribed quality and progress to achieve goals
？ Follow the progress of the project and regularly report and solve any development process problems

Requirement:
？ Information technology, business management or related bachelor degree
？ 3 years or more experience in managing development projects (planning, budget control, etc.)
？ Good written and oral communication skills
？ Able to lead and drive team performance
？ E-commerce platform related work experience is preferred
