3、 定期电话或网络回访客户, 提高服务质量, 了解客户反馈
4、 通过网络或电话协助现场同事实施新项目
5、 必要时到客户现场提供技朮支持服务


任职要求：
1、 有一定的软件操作及计算机操作系统和软件的维修基础
2、 对网络及网络故障的修复有一定认识
3、 能快速学习新软件的使用方法
4、 能跟据故障分析问题所在, 有能力找出解决方案
5、 做事认真负责, 态度耐心, 谈吐有礼貎
6、 要会粤语, 普通话流利, 懂英语及英语口语优先考虑 举报 分享
