职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责网页的设计、功能体验的优化，美化网站的整体布局；
2、能够独立完成企业LOGO、VI、画册设计工作；
3、整体页面结构及样式层结构的设计、优化，对网站动态效果进行优化；
4、 负责与开发人员配合完成网站前台页面设计和编辑 ；

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，平面设计、网页设计等相关专业，有扎实的美术功底, 有较强的色彩搭配能力及审美观念；
2、精通平面设计，熟练操作AI，CDR，Photoshop等软件;
3、有丰富的网页设计经验, 了解网站页面的设计、排版、HTML代码、FLASH动画制作；
4、对HTML和CSS有一定了解；
5、创新能力强，工作主动热情，有较好的沟通能力；
6、对视觉营销有一定的见解，有广告包装设计经验优先考虑。
7、熟悉网页美工与设计、WEB前端网站开发经验者优先；
