Night shift is required for this position.

Job Description:

1. To handle general enquiries;

2. To handle documentation requirements in accordance with consolidation procedures/DLSOP requirements;

3. To be responsible for other clerical duties and outdoor work as assigned by the supervisor;

4. To input data and transmit manifest;

5. To prepare HBL DRAFT/INV and provide the necessary document to front offices;

6. To handle incoming email, fax, timely and relay complaints to supervisor;

7. To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs;

Qualification:

University Graduated or College Graduated with Min 1 year's relevant experience;

Good command of English, CET4 preferred;
