Key Accountabilities:
1) To handle incoming emails, faxes, and customer inquiries / complaints
2) To issue the billing per Shipment Check List without error
3) Daily check the STAT1 report and update the even codes timely & correctly
4) To perform the ETMS timely & accurately
5) To check the extra cost and bill out timely
6) To proceed the cargos to destination timely
7) To trace the shpt and update ETMS
8) To verify vendors payment and apply for payment within agreed time frame
9) To Clear the BNP report timely.
10) To reserve space with gateway timely
11) To work with gateways for the best cost
Minimum Education & Experience:
University Graduated or College Graduated with Min 1 year's relevant experience.
Good command of English.
To have good PC knowledge.
