Objectives of the program:
●Develop a team of future management talents to support our City Chain business in the mainland China
●Equip the management trainees with all-round skillsets and lead the future developments of the Group
Top management exposure and support:
●Guidance and assistance from senior management in the form of mentorship
●Close working relationship with experienced Business Unit leaders
Accelerated career path:
●Exposure to different functional projects (retail operations, merchandising, finance and strategic management)
●Comprehensive project exposures to China retail business analysis
●Fast track career path to reach middle managerial positions
Requirements
●Fresh university graduate or above in any discipline with maximum 2 years of relevant working experience
●Passion to develop in the retail industry and drive to deliver business targets
●Analytical, proactive, self-motivated, business acumen, logical questioning mindset
●Excellent interpersonal skills as well as good command of Mandarin and Cantonese

●18 months comprehensive programs with tailored projects depending on individual developments
●Job attachments in Head Quarter CEO Office and at least 2 different PRC local Business Unit Offices

宝光的英文名字"STELUX"源自"Steel"﹝钢﹞及"luxury"﹝奢华﹞。原因于1960年代初期，集团所制造的不锈钢零件被视为奢华的产品。
自此宝光业务不断扩展，现已在亚洲地区的手表及眼镜零售及批发行业具有广泛认可的行业领导地位。本集团营运的品牌如「时间廊」、「眼镜88」、「精工表」及「eGG」皆属知名品牌，于本集团有业务之国家及地区中已建立巩固基础。
1985年，宝光在香港开设时间廊，打造了一个完全创新的手表零售文化。「时间廊」以中等收入消费者为目标客户，在单一手表零售店内售卖多个品牌及时尚生活手表，从根本上改变了传统百货公司柜位零售手表的销售模式。从此，「时间廊」日益壮大，于香港、澳门、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国及中国大陆设有400多间店铺。时间廊售卖各款带领潮流的手表，由代理品牌以至集团自家品牌，包括自家知名的「Titus」品牌。2002年，时间廊更荣获「香港超级品牌」殊荣。2017年10月11日在伦敦具标志性的肯辛顿宫举行的世界品牌奖颁奖典礼上荣获“年度***品牌”（Brand of the Year）奖项。时间廊亦是今年在香港钟表业中获奖的唯一一个品牌。
