职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
?Understand organization and departmental strategy and manage information systems, solutions to meet business needs.
?Maintain an awareness of business solutions particularly in the area of information management, hospitality and CRM that support daily operations.
?Directly manage application analysts to ensure applications are built / maintained for performance, scalability and availability.
?Ensure incident tickets, change requests, etc. are approved and closed in accordance with MGM compliance policies and procedures.
?Collaborate with the project management office to develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects.

Job Requirements
?Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
?Strategic business sense and understanding of organization strategy and ability to manage business solution to deliver that strategy
?Experiencing in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly information management, hospitality and customer relationship management
?Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with executive level stakeholders
?Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
?Rich experience in application support, service quality management and escalation management
?Working knowledge of infrastructure including server virtualization, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc
?Strong leadership with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
?A minimum of 3 years in a management role such as application service manager, support manager, development manager or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator 举报 分享
