职位描述：
1. To take order from customers and coordinate with sub-contractors on quality domestic cargo services and Ocean import service according to customers' expectation;
2. To monitor service provider’s performance and ensure meet corporate’s requirement;
3. To prepare required documentation timely and accurately in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP) & Operational Process Standard (OPS);
4. To work with SSLs, prepare arrival notice and issue D/O on time;
5. To work with customer and sub-contractor and delivery cargo on time;
6. To check sub-contractor’s invoices and hand over those invoices to the Accounting Department in timely manner;
7. To assist in preparation of statistic reports for internal use and for customer's needs;
8. To assist Supervisor/Manager in computer projects, presentation materials and feasibility studies;
9. Participate into interdepartmental activities and meetings;
10. To take up additional tasks as required to meet the company’s needs;

Minimum Education & Experience:
College graduate, with 2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
Good command of English and proficient in Mandarin is a definite asset.
