Management Accounting Manager
Reporting role: Directly reporting to Regional Finance Director, Asia
Major Responsibilities: Fully responsible to manage & provide financial information for management to review, compare, take actions and measure business performance to achieve business goals and objectives. Tracking manufacturing and products cost to ensure profit maximization and cost efficiency.
Key Priorities:
u 30% Group Management Reporting
1. Group Capex Rept vs Budget
2. Group Stock Rept vs Budget
3. Group Fixed Assets register update and depn
4. Group Lost inv & Stock acct Rec
u 30% Performance Analysis & Measurement
1. Monthly OPEX Analysis vs budget ,and review
2. Quarterly Productivity Improvement Analysis
3. Quarterly Bonus index compute and review
u 15% Business & financial planning support for budgeting, forecasting and adhoc projects
1. Budget P&L, B/S and CF
2. Prod KPI Review;
3. Direct & indirect labor Tracking
u 10% Platform / NPD cost tracking support to R&D and Sale team
Water Proof Platform cost support ( U67/P76c , U17 etc)
u 10% Manufacturing and product cost tracking to ensure profitability & cost efficiency
1. SGZC Marginal Cost Tracking by prod
2. Customer Profitability/ CVP Analysis for China Sales etc
3. Supervise subordinate on all matters related to local book, including material purchasing, production cost calculation and COGS etc
4. provide guidance to subordinate to handle lcoal Fixed Assets system and ensure reconciliation with management system register. Besides, conduct analysis relating local book.
u 5% Effective team management across Strix business environment
1. Open-minded approach with team member and partner
2. Make certain the team members are doing their jobs accurately and in a timely manner
Skills and Experiences:
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting, preferably worked with MNC before
- 7+ years solid experience in manufacturing costing/financial analysis.
- Familiar with management accounting practice and procedures
- Good handling of capex investment analysis and fixed assets management
- Closely monitor PPV and cost reduction programs to ensure saving targets are met
- Hands-on experience with ERP system
- Independent, self-motivated and committed
- Good command of written and spoken English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint);
