Position Summary

The Senior Program & Product Development Director reports to the CEO and is a member of the company’s executive team. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all product development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy. This position may include responsibility for business development. The Senior Program & Product Development Director will drive the product’s achievement of its customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

? Form clear market segmentation strategy of ISG products.
? Define ISG product portfolio and product development roadmap via analyzing training needs and training trends in the market.
? Lead projects to develop new training programs.
? Amend and revise existing training programs.
? Continue to reduce costs, improve staff efficiency and enhance the user experience to push business growth.
? Lead product team strictly compliance documentation quality standards and process specifications, and constantly improve the quality of the product.
? Execute Performance management projects, including set up targets for each product team staff. And to develop a personal development plan; Provide relevant training and development opportunities, and conduct regular assessments.
? Maintain close relationship with the whole company product team and relevant functional departments. Ensure to obtain timely and effective support.

Requirements

? Bilingual (Chinese and English.)
? Minimum eight years team management experiences; minimum five years Product team management experience in the well known internet companies.
? Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
? Have strong explore ability, Negotiation skills, communication skills, planning and coordination capacity.
? Be able to lead the team to deliver results even when the given information and clues is still ambiguous.
? Success ambitious, responsibility and has a strong sense of innovation and a pioneering spirit. Can influence others.
? Passionate about the Sports industry or Education industry highly desirable.
? Work experiences in China’s Education or Sports related industry highly desirable

NIKE Sports Camps 耐克国际运动训练营

耐克国际运动训练营在北美已有 20 多年历史，全美共有近 800 个训练基地，提供 20多项体育项目培训，网罗全球顶尖教练以及教学体系，使用世界级的名校与场地作为训练地，每年为超过 9 万名学员提供培训。

耐克国际运动训练营在 2012 年首次来到中国，目前已在中国六大区域包括港、澳地区举办上百场耐克国际运动训练营，为超过3,000 名学员服务，并得到极高评价及反响。

2015 暑期将在 17 个省市举办超过 75个耐克国际运动训练营。
